He is a pioneer in Indonesian securitization transactions and is a key team member in preparing Indonesian securitization law sponsored by the Ministter of Justice and Human Rights. He was Deputy Chairman of Indonesia Banking Restructuring Agency (IBRA) in charge of Bank Restructuring Unit. During his career in IBRA, he had performed some landmark banking consolidation transactions such as divestment of BCA, merger and acquisition of Bank Danamon and Bank Permata. He is the author of the book "Membedah Krisis Perbankan, Anatomi Krisis dan Penyehatan Perbankan" He graduated with Doctoral degree in strategic management from University of Indonesia and MBA degree from New York University (Leonard N. Stern School of Business), New York, USA.
He has vast experience in finance and accounting area and involve in various advisory project in the area of Corporate Finance, Risk analysis and risk management implementation and Strategic Management especially in strategic policy making and roadmap from his 10 years with PT.
